Sport and movement have been central to my life for decades, shaping not only physical strength but long-term health and confidence. My journey through weightlifting and wrestling led me to a career dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and train safely at every stage of life.
With over 20 years of coaching experience across Malaysia and Australia, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from young beginners taking their first steps into training, to older adults focused on mobility, strength, and longevity.
My approach is grounded in proven, evidence-based methods that address muscle imbalances, activate underused muscles, and support efficient heart-rate conditioning. Every session is tailored, supportive, and designed to build confidence, resilience, and sustainable results over time.

Before I ever led a class, I was one of the regular participants, soaking up the energy of group workouts. 6 years ago, that passion turned into purpose.
Today, I help people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.

Reformer Pilates
I’ve always been pretty active, having grown up training in dance and musical theatre. This intense training that went into my 20s and supported what became a career as a performer is extremely tough and meant my body and mind craved supportive movement. This is where I was lucky enough to find Pilates!
I love that Pilates is for absolutely any age, stage or fitness level and can always be catered to the individual. In my class, you can expect a great workout that leaves your body feeling strong and refreshed but also you can expect to have a lot of fun.
I truly believe that movement is one of the highest forms of self care and I love having the privilege of being able to help others feel good, both physically and mentally. I can’t wait to continue to work with everyone and spread the great vibes we have here at Flow & Flex!

I’m deeply passionate about health and fitness and truly believe Pilates is one of the most powerful forms of self-love, accessible to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. I believe regular movement is essential to overall wellbeing, both physically and mentally. I started my Pilates journey as a client and later became an instructor, which allows me to truly understand and support people at every stage. I love creating a supportive, uplifting space and love seeing clients thrive, grow stronger, and progress through their journeys over time.
